After 6 long months he's finally done! David graduated from the academy last week and is already one week into his new profession. What a ride it's been, starting from the day he told me he was quitting his job of 15+ years to follow his dream and completely change his whole career path. I am so proud of him! It wasn't easy but I know he will be much happier. Here are a few photos from the ceremony.

I think Daniel looks so cute trying to catch a glimpse of what was going on on stage.

I think this is one of my favorite pictures ever!

Congratulations! Todd did the same thing and gratuated from the correctional academy in Oct of 2007. His passion too has always been law enforcement. It is still a challenge a bit getting adjusted to the weird schedule but I am glad he is happy. David sure looks happy.
congrats david! i'm sure you're so happy to have him done! where is he working? they definitely cancelled the jan academy and the rest of the year is up in the air...
OMG your kids are beautiful!
Congratulations on the graduation!
Congrats! It's always good to know that there are good people out there protecting us!
What sweet pictures-especially the one of your husband and Jake. Adorable. You must be very proud. Much luck to all of you.
They are always happier doing what they love....especially those in law enforcement. Jason looooves it and David will too!
